As a new(about2B) shopper, I gotta say, this site has an overwhelming selection of products! However, that’s where the trouble starts! I’m bound to come across a bunch of [potentials] that I want to remember (bookmark) for later. Ability Superstore could definitely boost their sales by adding a straightforward WishList feature for users who are registered or logged in. Lots of online shops have this kind of option! Just a basic list saved with the user’s account info. Nothing too fancy or complicated for any web designer to whip up quickly, right? Alright, I’m off to make a purchase and jot down some other items I’d like to have. Hahaaaa, hope I don’t misplace my paper note! 😉

We recently got ourselves a lift chair, and let me tell ya, no other place stacks up to the Ability Store. They really know how to make you feel at ease with your buy! I ain't ever going to another mobility shop.

I ordered a few things for my dad since I had never needed any disability aids before. The service on the phone was super helpful and patient. They really got what I was explaining and helped me find the right products. The prices were competitive online, and the shipping was speedy as well. Much appreciated!

I needed to get a rollator for my elderly mom, but I was kinda lost on which one to choose. I called up Ability Superstore, and let me tell ya, their customer service team was amazing. We chatted for about 15 minutes, going over all the various choices without any push to make a purchase right then. I took some time to think it over and ended up buying online the next day – it showed up just two days later! I'm really impressed with Ability Superstore – they'll definitely be my go-to in the future.

I purchased a Two-Way Support Cushion, Product Code: 51114. The issue is that you can only wash the seat cover, but there's no zip to remove it, making it a hassle. To top it off, we found it quite uncomfortable. Sure, I could return it, but I'd have to cover the postage myself and then there's a 20% restocking fee on top of that. Not a great deal, if you ask me. I’m glad others are satisfied, but I’m definitely not. If I had known the cover couldn’t be removed, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Plus, reaching out to them via email is a no-go.

I had been searching for this specific shower chair model for ages. I was completely frustrated with finding it online, placing orders, and then getting emails saying it was out of stock (happened to me after I paid once). I stumbled upon this model at Ability Superstore, called to check if it was available. A lovely lady named Nicola confirmed they had one in stock and took my order over the phone to make sure I secured it. The price was fantastic, and shipping was free. Honestly, I never expected that free shipping would get it to me the very next day, but it did (ordered on Thursday June 3, arrived Friday June 4). Just incredible. I wholeheartedly recommend this store. Big thanks to everyone involved.

I couldn’t pin down a delivery date after the initial one was delayed by a week. After countless calls, I felt like I was going in circles, so I thought, 'That's it.' I called Ability Superstore, chatted with Jane, and explained my predicament. Within about 5 minutes, I had the same items reordered, and they were on their way that very evening, arriving right on schedule two days later via first-class tracked mail. Outstanding service from Ability Superstore! Give them a shot before looking elsewhere.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service from beginning to end. Living with MS, I’ve struggled to find a walker that looks stylish and modern, without making me feel bad about my condition. I came across the 'let's you out rollator' and thought it was exactly what I needed.

I got regular updates through text and email, and even received a one-hour delivery window for Tuesday. To my surprise, my walker showed up even earlier than expected. What a fantastic service!

I placed an order for a rollator late on Monday night, and it showed up, all set to go, by 9 a.m. on Wednesday. I'm really impressed—no hassle with assembly since it was already put together for me. I’ll surely be shopping at your store again. Thanks a bunch! A very satisfied customer.

While visiting the UK, I found myself in need of some gear pretty fast. I called the shop during lunch on Thursday and was informed that the two items I was after were available, would ship out that same day, and should reach my London place by the next day or, if not, then by Monday. True to their word, the gear showed up bright and early on Monday morning, all in great shape. I gotta say, that was really impressive.

I purchase a fair amount of mobility items for my mum since she requires some assistance as she ages. This business was super helpful over the phone because I wasn't quite sure what we should get. Fantastic service, reasonably priced products, and speedy delivery. Couldn't ask for anything better. Definitely recommend.
